To our valued clients:   Yesterday the Department of Finance Canada released the Economical and Fiscal Snapshot 2020 which commented mainly on the estimated cost of the various COVID-19 stimulus and subsidy programs which will create an expected $343 billion deficit for 2020. The Finance Minister Bill Morneau told reporters that the government expected to release a budget or full fiscal update in the fall.
